Data Deletion Instructions
How to have your GovFeeds account data deleted. Operated by Public Square Analytics LLC.
You can request deletion of the personal data associated with your GovFeeds account at any time. Here’s how, and what happens when you do.
How to request deletion
- Email bruce@publicsquareanalytics.com from the email address on your GovFeeds account (or include that address in your message), with the subject line “Delete my data.”
- We’ll confirm the request and delete your data within 30 days, then send you a confirmation when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (name, email, jurisdiction/organization).
- Your sign-in credentials and access links.
- Your saved searches, AI conversation history, and product usage logs tied to your account.
- Any connections you have authorized between GovFeeds and third-party services (for example, a connected social media account), including stored access tokens. You can also revoke such a connection yourself at any time from the third-party service’s own settings (for Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations).
What we may retain
- Billing records we’re required to keep for tax and accounting purposes (held by our payment processor, Stripe).
- The public government social media posts in the GovFeeds research corpus. These are public posts published by government accounts — they are not your personal data and are not tied to your account.
